Sergi’s Images Inc. is a full service Contract Glazing Company with over 25 years of industry experience. Sergi’s Images provides in house Estimating and Drafting departments to service all of our clients needs. Our client base is largely in part repeat and long term customers.
The majority of those have been referred by other clients because of their experience with Sergi’s Images distinctive professionalism from the first phone call through project completion. As well as the personal follow-up from Louis Sergi himself to ensue the highest level of satisfaction which separates and elevates Sergi’s Images above the competition.
Sergi’s Images Inc. was established in 1991 by Louis Sergi. Louis Sergi began in the glazing industry at the age of 16 he was immediately taken with the craft and had dreams of opening his own business one day. He spent the next couple of years learning all aspects of the trade. In 1991 he knew it was time to turn his dream into a reality.
Without much but his desire, dedication and talents Louis started his company out of his family’s small brownstone apartment in downtown Brooklyn, NY. In order to create a name in the industry and establish a client base Sergi’s Images did a great deal of 24 hour Glass repair and service work. When the service work came in, be it at all hours of the night and requiring travel to all destinations in the tri-state area, Louis never turned the work away. He knew that each and every small job he took gave his company the opportunity to prove itself to a new and possible repeat long term client. As the company’s reputation and client base grew so did the need for a larger space. Less than a year later the company moved into a 400 square foot space on Smith Street in Brooklyn, NY.
Moving into this office also allowed for Sergi’s Images to expand into residential and small commercial work. The call volume for work requests increased and it was time to expand the company by taking on a receptionist and additional craftsman to assist Louis Sergi in serving the company’s clients. In 1993 Louis Sergi had to make a decision to take his company to the next level. They were now being offered larger commercial projects that they would only be able to accept if they had more room and more help. Once again in 1993 it was time for Sergi’s Images to take up new residency in a 6000 square foot warehouse in Red Hook Brooklyn.
Today Sergi’s Images Inc. still resided in that warehouse in Brooklyn and has acquired the adjoining 14,000 square foot warehouse. Sergi’s Images specializes in all types and scales of commercial glazing and customized residential work. Over the years Sergi’s has continued to grow and change along with the industry and its clients needs. The one thing that has not changed is the company’s desire to leave each project completed with the clients’ utmost satisfaction, ensuring them as a returning customer.
